Open Championship 2013 – Muirfield, East Lothian, July 18 - 21

The focus will be on Ernie Els at the 2013 Open Championship held at Muirfield in East Lothian from July 18 to 21. Not only is he the current Champion but he was the last winner of the event at Muirfield in 2002. Muirfield is one of the ultimate Open Championship tests and always conjures up an enthralling tournament.

Drumgolf has put a great deal of thought into the preparation of our 2013 Open Championship package and has come up with a superlative 5 night itinerary proposal as outlined below.

Malmaison, Edinburgh is an exceptional 4 star boutique hotel which will be an excellent base for your stay. Its rooms, restaurant and staff are all of the highest order and it also has customer parking (which is a rarity in Edinburgh). It is ideally located in the fashionable port of Leith which is only 10 minutes from the city centre and most importantly is highly accessible to the Open Championship which is approximately 35 minutes away. The area around Malmaison is blessed with many fine bars and restaurants which are within easy walking distance of the hotel as is the famous Royal Yacht Brittania.

Included in your package is a season ticket to the Open Championship which can be upgraded to a greenside package on request if you would like 18th stand seats as well as access to the Greenside Club marquee.
