The East Lothian coast line is blessed with fine links terrain. Muirfield nestled in amongst the three Gullane courses and North Berwick. There is also the new additions of Archerfield and the Renaissance close by too.

Accommodation is pretty straightforward with the Open Arms in Dirleton providing traditional comfort in a charming setting overlooking Direlton Castle, while the more revered Greywalls with its Albert Roux restaurant spread across 4 rooms and elegant accommodation is located right beside Muirfield.

Sightseeing is quite varied with boat trips to the Bass Rock, The National Museum of Flight in which the only Concorde in Scotland resides and Glenkinchie Distillery, the most southerly in Scotland.
