It aims to be one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries and guests can enjoy an insight and tasting of the growing & distilling of the world’s first climate-positive gin, Nadar (it removes 1.54KG of C02e per 70cl bottle) and also the world’s only Rye Scotch Whisky, Highland Rye whilst also enjoying a light café lunch, or a bespoke luxury, lunch, or dinner.
