Loch Etive Cruises
Loch Etive is one of Scotland’s most atmospheric lochs in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by distinctive countryside and towering mountains. The beautiful scenery is seen by very few due to its almost landlocked position. With no roads through this dramatic valley it is often missed by many. Be sure to experience this truly unique loch by taking the 12-passenger MARA cruise boat from Kelly’s Pier, just outside the village of Taynuilt. Look out for extraordinary wildlife such as deer, eagles and colonies of ‘Highland’ seals as you see some of Western Scotland’s tallest mountains up close. The Loch Etive cruise operates from March to November each year and takes approximately 2-3 hours, sailing 3 times per day.
