Once you have approved an itinerary the normal protocol for securing the booking is as follows :-

  1. Drumgolf will make provisional bookings for all tee times & accommodation.
  2. On the assumption that this goes smoothly, we would request that you arrange payment of a non-refundable deposit with 7 days. The deposit will be between 25% and 40% of the total cost of the trip depending on the content of the itinerary. We provide payment instructions which outline payment options which include international bank transfer & credit card. Please note if opting to pay by credit card we have to apply a credit card charge of 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
  3. Once we have received your deposit payment we forward a formal receipt of payment by E mail.
  4. The balance is normally required 3 months prior to arrival. Once Drumgolf has received full payment , we forward by post a detailed tour pack complete with your confirmed itinerary, restaurant & sightseeing suggestions as well as vouchers and other helpful information

Please note - if you are booking a trip before tee times are being allocated for the year ahead we will only request a nominal deposit, with the main deposit being requested once Golf Club tee times start being released.
