As Drumgolf’s Director of Governance and Compliance, Leeby keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of organisation and care. Alongside her role in Drumgolf, she also works as a family mediator for a local Scottish charity, bringing the same thoughtful, calm approach to both areas of her professional life. Having recently become an empty-nester, Leeby has rediscovered her love of golf and arguably plays more frequently than her husband and fellow Drumgolf Director, Gordon Adam. Her favourite course to play is her home club, Panmure, an excellent Scottish links course. Leeby’s background in farming means that when she’s not working or on the fairways, she can usually be found tending her beloved apple orchard at home.
